Welcome to Raluca. By using this site (raluca.pro), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What Raluca is

Raluca is a free, ad-supported (or ad-free, depending on the moment) movie and TV discovery service. It shows you information about movies and TV series and points you to services where you can watch them. We don't stream, sell, or license any content ourselves.

Data source and attribution

Movie and TV data on Raluca is provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Streaming availability data is provided by JustWatch via TMDB.

Posters, backdrops, cast photos, and other images are copyrighted by their respective owners (studios, distributors, and rightsholders) and are used here for identification and reference under the terms of the TMDB API.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape or otherwise systematically extract data from Raluca beyond normal browsing. If you need the underlying movie data, go direct to TMDB — they provide it freely at developer.themoviedb.org.
• Overload the service with automated requests.
• Attempt to break, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to the site.
• Use Raluca in a way that violates any applicable law.

Streaming links

"Where to watch" links direct you to third-party streaming services. Availability, pricing, and content on those services are controlled entirely by them. We can't guarantee a title is currently on the platform shown, or that a link will work. If you spot outdated information, it's usually because JustWatch/TMDB hasn't refreshed yet.

No warranties

Raluca is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the site accurate and up, but we make no warranties about availability, uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use it at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raluca and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. If you don't like the site, the remedy is simple: close the tab.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected here and dated at the top. Continued use of Raluca after a change means you accept the new terms.
